The event, held recently, marked the beginning of a new period for COEL, with the participation of key members of both the public and private sectors.
The ceremony was led by the new president, Ángel Sánchez, who presented a vision of a proactive COEL, closely aligned with the Government and the private sector, aimed at driving logistics as a national engine for development.
